Mena Alexandra (born on the 13th of February 1979) is a model and actress American-born model and actress. After a brief stint as a fashion model, she quickly transitioned to acting, appearing as a guest on TV shows like Boy Meets World in the 1990s as well as High Incident. Her film debut came in 1997's drama film Nowhere. With her performances as a character in American Beauty - for which she was nominated to be awarded a BAFTA Award - and American Pie, which garnered much attention as she stepped into more prominent roles. After that, she was in Loser (2000) along with her American Pie co-star Jason Biggs and later played the main character in the comedy film Sugar & Spice (2001). The year 2002 saw her was a part in Spun the independent drama and in 2004's thriller Trauma. She appeared in HBO's dramatic series Six Feet Under. In 2004 she received an award for the Outstanding Cast Member at the Screen Actors Guild Awards. In 2008, she was cast in a series of movies including Day of the Dead The Mysteries of Pittsburgh as well as the film adaptation of The Garden of Eden.
